Prestige Pro Wash is a commercial exterior maintenance company based in Statesboro, Georgia. We clean buildings, concrete, glass and fleets for property managers, HOA boards, apartment communities, retail centers, industrial facilities and fleet operators across Georgia and South Carolina — and we do residential work for homeowners who want that same standard on their house.
The business is owner-operated. When you call, you reach the person responsible for the result. When there’s a problem, you don’t escalate through three people to get it fixed.
We’re licensed, insured, and set up to onboard as a vendor properly — W-9, certificate of insurance, additional insured endorsements, portal registration — because the companies we want to work with require it, and the ones that don’t are usually the ones that don’t pay.
