Services
Everything on the outside of the building.
One vendor, one invoice, one point of contact for the whole exterior.
Building Soft Washing
Low-pressure, detergent-driven cleaning that removes mold, mildew, algae and atmospheric grime from vinyl, stucco, EIFS, brick, block, metal and painted surfaces — without forcing water into the building envelope or stripping finish.
Concrete & Flatwork
Sidewalks, breezeways, entryways, stairwells, drive lanes, loading docks and parking decks cleaned with commercial surface cleaners for an even, stripe-free finish.
Storefront & Commercial Windows
Interior and exterior glass on a recurring route — weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly — including frames, tracks and sills. Ground-level and accessible mid-rise.
Rust, Oil & Gum Removal
Battery acid, irrigation rust, oil drips, grease trails and chewing gum treated with the right chemistry as a defined line item — not scrubbed at and billed as a surprise.
Dumpster Pads & Corrals
Degreasing and sanitizing of dumpster pads, corrals, trash chutes and compactor areas — the single biggest odor and inspection complaint on multifamily properties.
Awnings, Signage & Entries
Fabric and metal awnings, monument signs, canopies, gas station and drive-thru canopies, entry glass and columns cleaned so the customer-facing edge of the property looks maintained.
Common Areas & Amenities
Pool decks, clubhouses, playgrounds, mail kiosks, pergolas, dog parks, fitness patios and gathering areas — the spaces residents photograph and review.
Construction & Turn Cleanup
Post-construction exterior washdown for developers and general contractors, plus unit turn and make-ready exterior cleaning for apartment operators.
Fleet & Equipment
On-site washing for the trucks, vans, box trucks and equipment parked at your facility. See fleet washing →
Recurring Programs
Put the property on a calendar and stop thinking about it.
One-off cleanings solve today. A maintenance schedule protects the asset — and costs less per visit than calling someone every time a board member complains.
- Quarterly — high-traffic retail, restaurants, medical and Class A multifamily.
- Semi-annual — most apartment communities, HOA common areas and office parks.
- Annual — industrial buildings, warehouses and low-traffic facilities.
- Monthly or weekly routes — storefront glass, entries and drive-thrus.
- Portfolio agreements — multiple properties under one scope, one calendar, one invoice.

Common Questions
Commercial FAQ
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can issue a COI naming your ownership entity and management company as certificate holder or additional insured — sent directly to your office or uploaded into your vendor portal before work begins.
Can you work after hours so we don’t disrupt tenants?
Yes. Retail centers, restaurants, medical offices and busy apartment communities are routinely serviced at night or early morning. We set the window with you and notify on-site staff before crews arrive.
How is commercial work priced?
Flat, written, and by scope — measured square footage, surface type and condition, access requirements, and frequency. Recurring agreements price lower per visit than one-off calls. You approve the number before anything starts.
Will pressure washing damage our siding, stucco or roof?
Not when the correct method is used. Most building surfaces get soft washed — low pressure plus the appropriate cleaning solution — which removes organic growth at the root without forcing water behind siding or eroding the surface. High pressure is reserved for concrete and hard flatwork.
Do you handle multiple properties under one agreement?
Yes, and it’s the way we prefer to work. Portfolio agreements put every property on one service calendar with consolidated scheduling, consistent scope and a single invoice per cycle.
How far do you travel?
Statesboro and the greater Savannah metro are the core territory, with regular service throughout Bulloch, Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, Candler, Emanuel, Evans and Screven counties. Larger recurring contracts outside that radius are considered case by case.
Send us the property. We’ll send you a scope.
Address, photos or a quick description is enough to start. Most commercial proposals go out within two business days of the walkthrough.
