We hold an active fleet contract with a national parcel carrier. Scheduled overnight wash nights on their package fleet, inside their terminal, on their access and safety requirements. If we meet a national carrier’s standards, we can meet yours.

How a fleet night runs.
Site & unit count
We walk your yard, confirm water and drainage access, count units by type and set the wash window that fits your dispatch schedule.
Per-unit agreement
You get a flat rate per unit type and a minimum count per visit. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons.
Overnight wash
Crews run after your trucks are back in the yard. Detergent applied, brushed where required, rinsed and pulled clean so units are ready at first dispatch.
Cycle invoice
One invoice per cycle with the unit count on it. Weekly, biweekly and monthly cycles all supported.

Common Questions
Fleet Washing FAQ
How do you price fleet washing?
Per unit, with a minimum number of units per visit. Rates vary by unit type — a cargo van and a tractor-trailer aren’t the same job — and drop as volume and frequency go up. You’ll have a written rate sheet before the first wash night.
Do you wash at our location?
Yes. We bring the equipment, hoses and chemistry to your yard. We’ll confirm water access and drainage during the site walk; in most cases a standard spigot and a paved surface is all that’s needed.
Can you work overnight?
Overnight is the standard for fleets. Washing after your last unit returns means every truck is clean at first dispatch and no vehicle is out of service during revenue hours.
Is it safe on wraps, decals and paint?
Yes. Fleet units are cleaned with vehicle-appropriate detergents at controlled pressure. Graphics-heavy and wrapped units get a gentler method so edges don’t lift and printed film doesn’t haze.
What’s the minimum fleet size?
Recurring service makes sense starting around ten units per visit, but smaller fleets are handled on a route basis — we’ll pair you with nearby stops to keep the per-unit price reasonable.
