Service Area
Georgia and South Carolina.
Statesboro, Savannah and the Lowcountry are our daily routes. For recurring commercial contracts, multi-property portfolios and fleet programs, we travel across both states.
- Daily routes: Statesboro & Savannah metro
- Lowcountry SC coverage
- Statewide for commercial contracts
- One agreement across multiple sites
How Our Coverage Works
Two tiers, and we’ll tell you straight which one you’re in.
Plenty of companies claim a whole state and then quietly decline the job. We’d rather be clear up front about where we run routes and where we travel.
Core routes — anything, any size
Statesboro, the Savannah metro, Southeast Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry. We run crews here on a regular schedule, which means one-time jobs, small work, fast response and emergency calls for contract customers are all on the table.
Response: walkthroughs within a day or two, rush work same week.
Statewide — commercial contracts
Anywhere in Georgia or South Carolina for recurring commercial agreements, multi-property portfolios, fleet washing programs and post-construction cleanup. If the scope justifies the travel, the distance isn’t your problem to solve.
Best fit: portfolios, apartment groups, fleet yards, GC and developer work.
Core Markets
Where we run routes.
Statesboro
Our home market — apartments, HOAs, retail, industrial and downtown storefronts.
Savannah
Hotels, historic-district storefronts, Southside retail, office parks and industrial.
Pooler
Retail centers, hotels, new apartment communities, HOA amenities and logistics facilities.
Richmond Hill
HOA common areas, Ford Avenue and US 17 retail, and Bryan County industrial.
Rincon & Effingham
Highway 21 corridor retail, distribution and industrial, plus Springfield and Guyton.
Hilton Head Island, SC

Don’t see your city? If you manage several properties or a fleet, ask anyway — recurring commercial work is handled anywhere in Georgia and South Carolina. For a single small job well outside our routes, we’ll tell you honestly rather than take the deposit and disappear.
Why Two States
The Savannah–Lowcountry corridor doesn’t stop at the river.
Hilton Head and Bluffton are a shorter drive from Savannah than half of Georgia is, and they’re dense with exactly the property we service — resort communities, HOA and POA common areas, hotels and retail centers with year-round curb-appeal pressure.
Property management companies in this region routinely hold portfolios on both sides of the state line, and most vendors make them hire twice. We don’t.
For commercial work further out — Augusta, Columbia, Macon, Charleston — the deciding factor is scope, not distance. A recurring portfolio or a fleet program justifies the travel; one driveway doesn’t.
What Travels Well
- Multi-property portfolios — several communities or centers under one agreement.
- Fleet washing programs — recurring wash nights at your yard.
- Post-construction cleanup — developer and GC work on a project schedule.
- Annual or semi-annual building programs — scheduled well in advance.
- Regional management companies — one vendor across state lines.
Tell us where the property is.
If it’s on our routes we’ll come walk it this week. If it’s further out, tell us the scope and we’ll tell you straight whether we’re the right fit.
